We are thrilled to announce that Northeastern University is now live with IntelliBUY!
This comprehensive new system is designed to transform the way we collaborate with our valued
suppliers, offering enhanced efficiency and transparency. The IntelliBUY Supplier Portal will provide your
company with greater visibility into your contracts and orders, streamline electronic invoice submissions,
and allow you to easily track payment status.
Note: Effective July 7, 2025, invoices will be submitted through the IntelliBUY Supplier Portal. To ensure
your organization is prepared to transact seamlessly with us and to avoid any impact on timely
payments, it is essential that your company registers on the IntelliBUY Supplier Portal. There is no cost or
commitment to complete registration, but it is a necessary step to remain fully connected with
Northeastern University’s procurement process.
Training
To help you get started and make the most of the new system, we have attached comprehensive training
resources for your convenience. We are also in the process of developing a dedicated page on our
website to serve as a single source of reference for supplier onboarding, moving forward.
eBuilder/TUC
While all suppliers will register through the IntelliBUY Supplier Portal, those who submit invoices for
capital construction projects through eBuilder will continue to do so. As a note, Purchase Order
instructions provide clarity on the appropriate route for invoice submission. In either case, payment
status information will be accessible via IntelliBUY for all suppliers.
